The Springfield Project is committed to providing inclusive services for children and families in our area. Our nurseries provide high quality inclusive care for children with SEND. Our longstanding Inclusion Lead is moving on and we are now looking for two experienced and committed SENCOs to join our nursery teams. Are you passionate about high quality inclusive nursery provision? If so, this could be the role for you.

Annual Leave
Employees receive 29 days’ annual leave each year (pro rata for part time staff), as well as bank holidays. The Springfield Project also offers concessionary leave at Christmas.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
We understand that employees may need support in dealing with a variety of issues throughout their lives. The EAP is a 365 days-a-year, 24/7 independent, confidential counselling and information service, provided free of charge to all Springfield Project employees. Training and development
We offer a large number of training available both for work related development, as well as other interests. Furthermore, within The Springfield Project, staff can expect to receive regular 1:1 meetings every 4-6 weeks with their line manager and an annual performance review and appraisal. Through personal development plans, you will work with your manager you to identify any development which can help you grow in your role.
