Seedlings

Seedlings The Springfield Project

Seedlings is a stay and play group aimed at 0-4 year-olds and their parents/carers. It is held three times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.30-11am during term time at The Springfield Centre.

Seedlings The Springfield Project

We have lots of varied activities for you and your child to enjoy together with large and small age-appropriate toys, messy play, crafts, and dressing up. We have a lovely outdoor play area and the children are encouraged to play outside. Each session includes singing, story time and snack time.

Seedlings The Springfield Project

Seedlings is a social occasion for both you and your child. Come along and meet other local parents while your little ones make new friends their own age.

“The highlight of our week is attending Seedlings. It is very well organised with a range of activities which promote my child’s development. He has become so much more confident and the staff are absolutely lovely! I don’t know who enjoys it more me or my child!” Seedlings attendee.

@mini_springers
At Mini Springers Nursery, we're excited to be building stronger partnerships with our parents. This week, we hosted two parent workshops. The first supported parents on topics such as dummies, bottles, routines, and oral health.

The second focused on the important role the nursery plays and how we can team up with parents to give children the best support possible.

We also hosted our very first Wellbeing Club—a warm and welcoming space where parents gathered to socialise, unwind, enjoy some colouring, and try their hand at crochet!

Our Little Bud children have been exploring the story - The Very Hungry Caterpillar, By Eric Carle.

The children get to explore different sensory experiences, allowing them to dive into their learning in a fun and hands-on way! 🐛🦋
