Holiday Playschemes

Holiday Playschemes The Springfield ProjectThe Holiday Playschemes at The Springfield Centre and Park Road Nursery sites provide rich play experiences for local children aged 5-11 as well as a free nutritious meal during school holidays. The playscheme offers children from the area opportunities to play outside with a variety of forms of play and take trips to places such as IKON gallery, Thinktank science museum, and Cannon Hill Park.

Holiday Playschemes The Springfield ProjectAt the playschemes, children can engage in creative and fun-filled activities including art workshops, healthy eating activities and sport. We have even had an archery coach, boxing coach and bhangra instructor!

Playschemes occur during the Summer, Winter and Easter school holidays from 12-4 pm, Mondays to Thursdays.
