What we offer

Annual Leave

Employees receive 29 days’ annual leave each year (pro rata for part time staff), as well as bank holidays. The Springfield Project also offers concessionary leave at Christmas.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We understand that employees may need support in dealing with a variety of issues throughout their lives. The EAP is a 365 days-a-year, 24/7 independent, confidential counselling and information service, provided free of charge to all Springfield Project employees. Support is available on a range of issues which may include such areas as work related concerns, emotional, legal, financial and health issues.
The EAP is provided by our partners at Care First.

Health Cash Plan

The Springfield Project employees have the opportunity to join a health cash plan that can help them spread the cost of essential healthcare out monthly – like trips to the dentist, opticians, physiotherapists and others.

The Health Cash Plan is offered in conjunction with our partners at BHSF.

Churches Mutual Credit Union

Employees are eligible to join the Churches Mutual Credit Union where they can build up savings through regular monthly contributions. The amount to save can be deducted directly from the salary.

Training and development

We offer a large number of training available both for work related development, as well as other interests. Furthermore, within The Springfield Project, staff can expect to receive regular 1:1 meetings every 4-6 weeks with their line manager and an annual performance review and appraisal. Through personal development plans, you will work with your manager you to identify any development which can help you grow in your role.
